Anwil started the game in a great style. Przemysław Frasunkiewicz's players built a lead early in the first quarter (32:19 after 10 minutes). Everyone was committed and focused - the team had 0 turnovers.
Victor Sanders and Amir Bell played well with the ball (a total of 15 assists), Kalif Young flew above the rim and Jakub Garbacz made some important shots from behind the arc. The rivals tried to reduce the difference in the end, but the Rottweilers kept their cool and eventually won in front of a three thousand people.
Victor Sanders was Anwil's best scorer. The shooting guard had 23 points, 10 fouls drawn, eight assists, a rebound and a steal.
